His leadership in preconstruction efforts, including schedule management, cost control, constructability review, and quality assurance, significantly contributes to our success. Tim holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has twelve years of experience in the construction industry, including six years at Robinson. With a keen focus on meeting budget and schedule requirements, Tim’s dedication and outstanding record make him an invaluable asset to our team. His adept management of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) during construction further demonstrates his proficiency in project management.
