The project scope included the complete renovation of a 196,000 SF Camping World into a new Walmart Supercenter. The work included interior demolition, including walls, finishes, MEP systems, and removal and re-pour of the existing slab on grade. Building renovation included complete demo down to the building structure and renovation of the interior and exterior. New work included framing and finishes for the new interior wall layout, painting, roofing, lighting, and installation of new mechanical, fire suppression, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems to support the new store, along with building finishes. Build-out and finishes at bakery, deli, garden center, tire center, and retail floor, and securing of owner racking and fixtures. The project also included site renovation and changes, such as parking lot demolition and removal, grading, curbing, sidewalks, new asphalt paving, landscaping and irrigation, and striping.
