UPS Hub Expansion – Portland, OR

The Distribution Facility was expanded on both the north and south sides of the building, totaling approximately 121,000 SF. The south expansion required construction of three mezzanines, and approximately 14,500 SF of office space between the new and existing buildings. The building is structural steel with precast metal panel skin. Modifications and demolition of structures was required to the existing building and site in order to facilitate the construction of the new expansion areas.
