Robinson transformed a former Babies “R” Us and Toys “R” Us Superstore into a fresh, modern retail space for Dick’s Sporting Goods in the heart of Jantzen Beach. This adaptive reuse project focused on breathing new life into a dated big-box shell, turning it into a vibrant new home for one of the nation’s leading sporting goods retailers.
The scope included a complete interior demolition and full remodel to accommodate Dick’s program requirements and brand experience. On the exterior, a newly constructed entry feature welcomes customers with bold architecture and upgraded curb appeal, while additional façade enhancements and refreshed landscaping bring new energy to the site.
This project showcases Robinson’s ability to reimagine and repurpose existing spaces to support evolving retail needs—and deliver results that look as great as they function.
