The Costco Wholesale project in Surprise, AZ, encompassed the construction of a new standalone 150,000 SF Costco Warehouse. This facility featured concrete foundations and floor slabs, structural steel columns and roof systems, as well as masonry and metal panel walls. It includes comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with finishes tailored to meet the needs of a functioning retail warehouse. Inside the warehouse, visitors will find a spacious loading dock area, offices, a food court, bakery, deli, hearing center, and specialized coolers and freezers.
In addition to the warehouse structure, the project involved a complete site build-out. This encompassed excavation, water detention systems, precise grading, paving, sidewalks, striping, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Furthermore, off-site work was undertaken to seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure, ensuring a smooth operational network.
