Our project involved the tenant improvement of an existing 175,000 SF building to accommodate a new Costco Business Center. The scope of work encompassed various tasks, including roof structural upgrades and the installation of a new roof with wood sheeting. Additionally, new structural openings were created in existing tilt walls, along with slab polishing and the development of a designated food service area. The project also included the installation of large refrigeration and freezer boxes within the warehouse, as well as the application of new finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal. The project included selective building demolition and the implementation of all new site utilities, including a water collection cistern. New parking lots and landscaping were integrated into the site to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
