The project is a one story distribution center with adjacent office and refrigeration machine room. The building consists of steel structure. Walls are precast or tilt concrete panels with metal awning and metal panel siding above. The facility has fully automatic fire-protection sprinkler system and fire alarm system. A guard booth with a steel canopy structure overhead will be at the site entry. The guard booth has metal framed steel structure with insulated metal wall panel siding and single ply roofing over metal deck. The canopy is all steel structure with standing seam metal roofing over metal deck. A fire pump house has steel structure with insulated concrete stem wall and metal wall panel siding. The roof is a standing seam roof over insulation over metal decking. site work consists of utilities, concrete, ac, paving and landscaping within Costco Wholesale’s property.
