Cinetopia Vancouver Mall

The Cinetopia Vancouver Mall project was an 81,000 SF luxury theater entertainment destination boasting an award-winning design. Featuring colored glass block accents and a stunning radius steel beam lobby, the venue also doubles as an art gallery. Inside, guests are treated to an unparalleled cinematic experience in auditoriums outfitted with plush ultra-leather seating, extra-wide seats, and ample legroom, all designed for optimal comfort. The five Grand Auditoriums offer luxury seating and Digital Super High Definition film presentations, while the three Living Room Theaters provide a private “skybox” experience with unique amenities such as pillow pits, live pre-show music, and restaurant table service. Additionally, the project included the construction of Vinetopia, an onsite 130-seat restaurant and bar, as well as garden dining and parking lot facilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
