Project scope included demolition of an existing two story department store attached to the Westfield Mall. Soil nails and a tieback system were utilized to support the deep foundation walls of the new building. The new two-story theater has both an entrance on the lower mall galleria and the upper level food court. The five luxury parlors consisted of high end woodwork, built in fireplaces, flat panel monitors trimmed with wood molding to give the appearance of looking out a window. The theater includes 2,527 plush, ultra-leather extra wide seats, five medium sized theaters containing stadium and upper balcony seating, four Grand GXL oversized theaters one with a 80’ screen, Dolby ATMOS sound system, and stadium seating in addition to upper balcony seating.
