Lowe's of Redmond, OR
Completed in only 4 months time, the Lowe’s of Redmond project is comprised of inviting earth tones and architecture reminiscent of the Arts and Crafts movement. Redefining the aesthetics that name-brand retailers are typically known for, this 145,000 sq. ft. superstore features stone columns, clay tile roofing, and exterior texture to enhance the facility’s rustic design. In Redmond, 16 miles North of Bend, the home improvement store adds livability to the community, creating up to 120 new jobs in the area and stocking over 30,000 home and garden items.
Lowe's of Renton, WA
Founded in 1946 and based in Mooresville, N.C., Lowe’s is the second-largest home improvement retailer in the world. Opening the first Washington store in 1990; Lowe’s currently has 28 stores in Washington with a store under construction in Renton. Costco Wholesale - West Valley, UT
Costco Wholesale is a nationwide membership-only warehouse offering wholesale pricing on a wide variety of popular name brand merchandise. Located in West Valley, Utah, the West Valley location becomes Utah's ninth Costco and brings about 200 new jobs to the area according to Annette Scott, Costco Wholesale representative.
Costco Wholesale - Colorado Springs, CO
Costco Wholesale of Colorado Springs East is located on a 17 acre site with a 14 foot deep excavation cut on one side of the property and over 20 foot of structural fill on the opposite side. The project includes ½ mile of retaining walls with a large percentage over 20 feet in height. Over 10,000 Cubic Yards of rock required blasting and removal. Materials for the construction of the building were either be staged offsite at a storage yard or delivered on a “Just in Time” basis as construction progress dictated. Over 87,000 12” thick CMU mostly integral colored block were laid for the 34’ high walls in a 35 day period.
Costco Wholesale - Albuquerque, NM
Costco Wholesale of Albuquerque offers recognized quality and service to citizens of the area. Nyberg Woods, Tualatin, OR
Nyberg Woods is one of Oregon’s Premier shopping and restaurant complexes conveniently located off of I-5 in Tualatin. “With over 2300 linear feet of freeway frontage, this center will have unparalleled freeway visibility and identity. The architecture of Nyberg Woods has been designed to be reminiscent of a Tuscan farmhouse, reflecting the agrarian roots of the site, while maintaining a very upscale appearance to reflect the affluence found in the immediate trade area,” states CenterCal Properties, LLC. Tenant Improvements for Best Buy, Golfsmith, PetSmart, Famous Footwear, Office Max, and more are included at an estimated 200,000 SF.
Reser's Fine Foods & Truck Depot - Topeka, KS
Robinson continues to further develop their longstanding relationship with Reser’s Fine Foods, beginning in 1967, with the construction of 160,000-square-foot Reser’s Fine Foods building located at 6th and Deer Creek Trafficway in Topeka, Kansas. The construction of the Topeka, Kansas location expanded sales for Reser’s Fine Foods into the $500 Million dollar mark. Also, the facility added between 650 and 700 jobs in Topeka where hundreds of thousands of potatoes are cooked, processed, and packaged among other freshly prepared foods.
