Cascade Station - Portland, OR
Cascade Station is a unique mixed-use development located near the Portland International Airport and adjacent to the MAX light rail line. According to CenterCal Properties, LLC, this high quality, vibrant, mixed-use project has brought the $125 million Airport MAX lightrail line to PDX, as well as $25 million of infrastructure improvements. Cascade Station spans 27 acres of site work and 343,000 SF of building area. The completion of Cascade Station is said to bring over 7,000 new jobs to Portland and the surrounding area.
